Stephanie Kilpatrick
Stephanie brings over 15 years of experience in critical care, where she developed a deep commitment to serving others through compassion, empathy, and meaningful connection. Throughout her career, she cared for patients at every stage of life—from the NICU to end-of-life care—while also supporting and building trust with their families. This background honed her communication skills and reinforced her natural ability to connect with people during challenging times.
Stephanie is dedicated to helping others remaining at the core of her work. As a consultation specialist, she draws on her strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand people’s struggles, making clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard.
Outside of her professional role, Stephanie enjoys staying active and can often be found at the gym. She is passionate about international travel, music—both singing and playing the piano—and proudly supports her family as a devoted “mat mom” at high school wrestling matches. Above all, she values spending quality time with her loved ones.
