She combines professionalism with a compassionate and empathetic approach, ensuring every caller feels supported while their information is gathered accurately. She specializes in creating a welcoming and efficient first step for every client. She ensures that every caller feels heard and supported, their information is handled with care, and their appointments are scheduled smoothly, making the first step in their sensitive family law matters as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Rayo enjoys connecting with friends, expressing herself through dance, discovering new cultures and exploring different parts of the world.
