With over 25 years of experience in the legal field, Nikole Carlisle brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, compassion, and empathy to her role as Paralegal Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently pursuing her Master’s; continuing her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

At the firm, Nikole plays a key role in the onboarding and training of new paralegals, ensuring each team member is well-prepared to meet the high standards of service the firm is known for. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she continues to support clients directly through her paralegal work.

Driven by a deep desire to help individuals navigate some of the most emotionally challenging moments of their lives, Nikole approaches every case with compassion and attentiveness. Having personally experienced many of the same situations her clients face, she offers not only professional expertise but a genuine understanding of their concerns—ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and supported.

Outside of work, Nikole enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, engaging in outdoor activities, and making the most of every moment with family and friends.
