Mia McHaffey joined the Law Office of Deidra Haynes with a passion for helping individuals and families to navigate difficult life transitions with confidence and compassion. She understands that every family has a unique story and is committed to ensuring each client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout the legal process.

Before joining the firm, Mia gained experience in family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, and consumer protection, building a strong foundation in case management, legal drafting, client communication, and litigation support. She enjoys working closely with clients and believes that clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine compassion are essential for providing exceptional legal service. Mia is also a commissioned Indiana Notary Public.

Although her experience spans several areas of law, family law has always been where her passion lies. She plans to continue her education with the long-term goal of attending law school and becoming a family law attorney, allowing her to advocate for clients in an even greater capacity.
