Erin Bradshaw

Erin is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Deidra Haynes, bringing both passion and determination to her practice. A graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Erin’s legal journey has been marked by hands-on experience and a strong commitment to justice.

During her time in law school, Erin served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, where she gained invaluable experience handling and litigating a diverse range of cases, including Level 6 felonies and misdemeanors. This experience allowed her to develop essential courtroom skills, as well as a deep understanding of the emotional and legal complexities clients often face.

Erin is committed to providing dedicated legal representation to individuals navigating family law issues, with a particular focus on advocating for members of the LGBTQ+ community. Erin’s ability to quickly build rapport with clients and establish a foundation of trust ensures that every individual she works with feels heard, supported, and empowered in their legal journey. Erin believes compassion and empathy are key.

When Erin is not in the court room, she is reading the latest nonfiction from a local bookstore or cooking new recipes!
